Endorsements

Endorsement from the Weikart Center represents completion of a course of study and real world action. While any individual may attain one or more of the endorsements, these endorsements are most easily made available and most meaningful as part of system level initiatives to adopt the Youth Program Quality Intervention across multiple programs in a place.

 These endorsements are available to any individual that completes the trainings and submits the required artifacts.

Youth Work Management

Attend trainings: Youth PQA Basics, Planning with Data, Quality Coaching
Conduct (and submit reports): Self Assessment, Improvement planning, coach staff through improvement

Youth Work Methods

Attend at least 6 Youth Work Methods Workshops
Conduct (and submit reports): How you improved the point of service.

 These endorsements are available through successful application and acceptance into the training and completion of all prerequisites
