User Permissions
There are four user levels in the online Scores Reporter. Their permissions are as follows:Network Level User
- Enter and View Youth and School-Age PQA Self Assessment Scores for all sites affiliated with the Network
- Enter and View Youth and School-Age PQA External Assessment Scores for all sites affiliated with the Network
- Enter and View Program Improvement Plans for all sites affiliated with the Network
- Run Reports at the site, organization, and network level, including aggregated self assessment reports and external assessment reports
Organization/ Grantee Level User
- Enter and View Youth and School-Age PQA Self Assessment Scores for all sites affiliated with the Organization
- Enter and View Program Improvement Plans for all sites affiliated with the Organization
- Run Reports at the site and organization level, including aggregated self assessment reports and external assessment reports
Program/ Site Level User
- Enter and View Youth and School-Age Self Assessment PQA Scores for the site
- Enter and View Program Improvement Plans for the site
- Run Reports at the site level, including external assessment reports once they have been published
Observer/ Consultant
- Enter and View Youth and School-Age External Assessment PQA Scores for all sites affiliated with the Network
- Enter and View Program Improvement Plans for all sites affiliated with the Network
