Quality Systems: Lessons from Early Efforts to Disseminate the Youth PQA

This report summarizes how out-of-school time networks around the country are approaching quality assessment and improvement, the range of opportunities and challenges they face, and the extent to which deployment of the Youth PQA has been useful in improving program quality.
