The Youth Program Quality Assessment (PQA) tool is used to complete your program self assessment. Learn to use the Youth PQA tool and how to lead or participate in the self assessment process. Self assessment scores are due by December 15th.

Materials (handbooks and logins) are processed and sent to the address provided each Wednesday (up to 10 days from today's date).  Upon recipt of materials you will be able to login to the online course using the provided username and password.
