Jessica Paul Werner
Jessica Paul Werner has been working in the youth development field for 13 years, getting her start through AmeriCorps*VISTA in Alaska and then Maine. Jessica now serves as an Associate Executive Director with the Metrocenter YMCA in Seattle, Washington. Jessica has been passionate about supporting young people to become active leaders in their communities, and has been leading staff training and development for the YMCA of Greater Seattle’s teen and young adult programs for 8 years. Jessica's particular areas of expertise include youth leadership, service learning, volunteer development and cultural competency. Jessica began as a Field Consultant with the Center for Youth Program Quality in the fall of 2010 and is a firm believer in the Youth PQA and its ability to bring positive youth development theory into practice. Jessica has her Bachelor's degree from Occidental College and her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Washington.
