Amy Croll

Amy Croll is the Executive Director of Community! Youth Concepts, a new non-profit located in Des Moines, Iowa that focuses on providing training and technical assistance in youth development while offering direct programming grounded in the principles of youth development.  She has over 15 years of experience working with youth in a variety of capacities.  From 2001-December 2008, she served as the primary staff of the Iowa Collaboration for Youth Development, a statewide initiative designed to align state policies and practices.  She led the Iowa state-level work with the Youth PQA from 2006-2008 and now coordinates and guides the Quality Counts work in Polk County.  She has been a field consultant with the Center for Youth Program Quality since September 2008.
